Facilitation With Heart exists to empower children and adults with developmental disabilities to live lives rooted in dignity, choice, and community. Through person-centered planning, budget support, provider guidance, and ongoing facilitation, I help families navigate California’s Self-Determination Program with clarity and compassion. My mission is simple: to turn barriers into bridges and ensure that every individual’s voice shapes the services they receive.
