🌟 Person-Centered Planning (PCP)

Every great plan starts with listening. We capture your strengths, sensory needs, routines, and goals in a way that reflects you. The result: a roadmap written in plain language that Regional Centers and families can actually use.

đź’° Budget & Spending Plan Support

We take the stress out of numbers. Your PCP gets translated into a clean budget and spending plan that Regional Centers and FMS agencies approve quickly—so services can start without unnecessary delays.

🤝 Provider Onboarding & Guidance

Finding and setting up support can feel overwhelming. We help you hire, train, and onboard providers—whether it’s respite, personal attendants, therapists, or community integration coaches—and make sure FMS paperwork is handled.

Heartfelt Support

My Story

Facilitation With Heart was born out of both necessity and passion. As a mother of two children with disabilities, I know firsthand the heartbreak and the resilience it takes to fight for the services our kids deserve. I’ve spent years navigating school systems, Regional Center meetings, and state agencies—often having to push back against barriers no family should face.

What started as an uphill battle for my own children turned into a calling to help other families. I took every obstacle, every “no,” and transformed it into knowledge and advocacy. Today, I bring that lived experience, along with training as an Independent Facilitator, to stand beside families who feel overwhelmed by the Self-Determination Program.

I don’t just write plans—I walk with families through them. My role is to make sure services aren’t just promised on paper, but actually delivered in real life, so children and adults with developmental disabilities can thrive on their own terms.
